1. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following conditions:
✅ Damaged or Defective Products – If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo/video proof.
✅ Wrong Item Received – If we sent you the wrong product, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
✅ Item Not Delivered – If your order is not delivered within 60 days (as per AliExpress policies), you are eligible for a full refund.

2. Non-Refundable Items

❌ Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Used or opened adult products
• Personal care and intimate items
• Change of mind purchases

3. Refund Process

2. If eligible, we will process the refund within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
3. If a return is required, we will provide the return address (shipping costs are non-refundable).

4. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
